We’re located at 5116 Emmanuel Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99508, United States, and we ship worldwide (except to some remote areas and parts of Asia – we’ll let you know if we can’t deliver to your neck of the woods).

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

Placing Orders

When you place an order, it’s like placing a bid at a cattle auction – it’s a firm offer to purchase. We’ll confirm receipt faster than you can say “yeehaw!” but remember:

• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal
• We reserve the right to refuse any order that smells fishier than a week-old catch

Payment Processing

Your payment will be processed quicker than a jackrabbit on hot pavement, but sometimes banks take their sweet time (about as long as it takes to break in new boots).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship your order faster than a mustang at full gallop:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days (we don’t count weekends or holidays)
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees – sometimes the stagecoach runs late.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If your gear doesn’t fit right, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “giddyup!” Here’s the nitty-gritty:

• Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
• Original shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless we made a mistake)
• Important Note for Buckle Lovers: Due to hygiene reasons, Men’s Belts & Buckles cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective

6. Product Information

We describe our products as accurately as a scout describes the trail ahead, but:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
• All sizes are approximate – check our sizing charts carefully
