Shipping Information
We saddle up and ship your order faster than a mustang at full gallop:
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days (we don’t count weekends or holidays)
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping
We ship worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia – if we can’t deliver to your address, we’ll let you know faster than a rattlesnake strike).
Our Return Promise
If your purchase didn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!” Here’s the nitty-gritty:
- Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless we made a mistake)
How to Return or Exchange

Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – lost packages are sadder than a country song.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Original purchase price minus shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement – about as long as it takes to break in a new pair of boots.
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, but specify in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return, quicker than a jackrabbit on hot pavement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “giddyup!”
