Do you carry sizes for bigger/taller cowboys?
You bet your spurs we do! We offer extended sizes in many of our products because we know cowboys come in all shapes and sizes. Check individual product pages for specific size charts and measurements to find your perfect fit.
How should I care for my new western wear?
Most of our products can be machine washed in cold water and hung to dry (like you’d treat a trusty saddle blanket). For specific care instructions, always check the label inside your garment. Pro tip: Turn jeans inside out before washing to preserve that authentic western color.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easier than roping a calf at a county fair! Just click “Sign Up” during checkout or from our homepage. You’ll be able to track orders, save your shipping info, and get updates on new products faster than a mustang can gallop.
I forgot my password – what now?
Don’t fret, partner! Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send you instructions to reset it quicker than you can say “yeehaw.” If you’re still having trouble, our customer service team at [email protected] will help get you back in the saddle.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders faster than a jackrabbit in open country, but if you act quick (within 2 hours of ordering), we might be able to make changes. Shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll do our darndest to help.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We pack your order with care at our Anchorage headquarters within 1-2 business days. Then it’s off on the trail:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days via EMS
International deliveries might take a tad longer depending on customs.
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do, partner! We ship to most countries except some Asian and remote areas where the trail gets too rough. If you’re unsure about your location, just holler at us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your gear hits the trail, we’ll send tracking info faster than you can say “giddyup!” You’ll be able to follow your package’s journey from our store right to your front porch. Check your email (including spam folder) for tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit right or you change your mind, you’ve got 15 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached – just like you found ’em. We want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with a new pair of broken-in boots.
How do I return an item?
First, email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll send you instructions faster than a stallion can gallop. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return (allow 5-7 days for processing), we’ll issue your refund quicker than you can say “howdy.” Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments as secure as a locked tack room: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Why was my payment declined?
There could be several reasons – maybe your bank thought it was suspicious (they’re just being protective like a mama bear over her cubs). Check you’ve entered all details correctly, that your card hasn’t expired, and that you haven’t hit your spending limit. If problems persist, contact your bank or try another payment method.
Do you charge sales tax?
Currently, we only charge sales tax for orders shipping to Alaska. For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations – that’s out of our hands, partner.
